Can i cancel or change my order once i make payment?
There’s no guarantee that we can change or cancel your order. But you can try by emailing us at email@example.com within 4 hours of your purchase with the topic of either “change my order” or “cancel my order” along with your order number in the subject line and in the description please state clearly what needs to be change/cancel.
After 4 hours, strictly no cancellation/changing of orders. Once the items is dispatch, it is out of our reach to do anything. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
I did not receive my orders.
Please try to contact the courier itself as we are using 3PL. If it’s not resolved, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org/use the contact form.
We will pack them asap. However do give us 1-4 working days to pack your orders depending on the sales volume.
How to track my orders?
You can track here along with your tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery and up to 48-72 hours for us to update the tracking number. Orders placed after friday 3pm will expect some delay.
Where do i apply my discount code?
If you’re have a discount code, please apply at at the check out page.
All of our preorder products will be sent separately as there’s a waiting time of 7-14 working days. Rest assured, the additional postage fee will be covered by us!
Where are your other platforms?
We sell them on lazada, shopee and qoo10!
Where do you ship?
We currently ship cross singapore. If you’d like to purchase and you’re from overseas, do drop us an email at email@example.com. We recommend purchasing in bulk. Shipping fees will be paid solely by the buyer.
Currently we are not shipping outside of singapore. But we are in the midst of setting it up.
